Asa Residential Journeyman Electrician ,youwillberesponsibleforelectricalinstallationsonresidentialconstructionprojects,including:

• Installingresidentialelectricalsystemsinaccordancewiththe National Electrical Code .
• Performing rough-inwiringfornewhomes,additions,remodels,garages,andotherresidentialconstructionprojects.
• Installing boxes,wiring,panels,feeders,branch circuits,lighting circuits,switch legs,homeruns,anddevicelayouts.
• Readingandfollowingplans,layouts,jobnotes,builder specifications,andelectricaldrawings.
• Completing trim-outwork,including switches,receptacles,light fixtures,smoke detectors,ceiling fans,appliances,andotherresidentialelectricaldevices.
• Installingelectricalpanels,subpanels,breakers,grounding systems,andserviceequipment.
• Wiring kitchens,bathrooms,basements,bedrooms,garages,mechanical rooms,andexteriorareas.
• Installingdedicatedcircuitsforappliances,HVACequipment,sumppumps,garage equipment,EVchargers,andotherresidentialloads.
• Installinglowvoltagepathwaysorwiringwhenrequiredbytheproject.
• Coordinatingwithbuilders,project managers,inspectors,andothertradesonactivejobsites.
• Maintaining clean,organized,andsafeworkareasthroughouteachphaseofconstruction.
• Keeping tools,materials,equipment,andcompanyvehiclesorganizedandproperlymaintained.
• Workingindependentlywithoutconstantdirectsupervision.
• Followingworkplacesafetyproceduresatalltimes.
• Participatingintoolboxtalks,safety audits,andrelatedsafetyfunctions.
• Identifying,correcting,andreportingunsafeconditionsorincidentsinatimelymanner.
• Workingaspartofadependableandprofessionalteam.
• Performingotherrelateddutiesasassigned.
