  • Perform preventative and corrective electrical maintenance on plant equipment and facilities
  • Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
  • Install, service, and repair machinery, equipment, wiring, and related components
  • Work with CNCs, PLCs, servo drives, robotics, and motor control systems
  • Install and maintain wiring (240V–480V) per NEC standards
  • Calibrate, adjust, and replace components to ensure proper operation
  • Use diagnostic tools to identify issues and complete timely repairs
  • Perform preventative maintenance (lubrication, inspections, monitoring noise/vibration)
  • Maintain plant communication systems and equipment
  • Accurately document work orders and maintenance activities
  • Follow all safety, quality, and company policies
  • Keep work areas clean and organized
  • Utilize Microsoft Office and maintenance management systems
  • Operate lifts and ladders as needed
  • Collaborate with team members and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills
  • Cross-train in other technical areas as needed
Qualifications
  • Requires education generally equivalent to a high school diploma, in addition to specialized training.
  • Requires 5+ years of relevant manufacturing experience.
  • Reads and interprets blueprints, operating instructions, maintenance guides, and procedure manuals.
  • Communicates effectively with contractors and employees.
  • Performs basic mathematical operations and metric conversions.
  • Must have the ability to read and understand electrical schematics, electrical code manuals, routings, and other manufacturing instructions.
