Quad is seeking motivated individuals to join our Industrial Maintenance Mechanic Apprenticeship Program in Pewaukee. This program combines paid, hands‑on training with related instruction to develop the skills needed to maintain and repair industrial manufacturing equipment.
Ideal For- Current Quad employees seeking career advancement
- Students in mechanical or industrial maintenance programs
- Paid, on‑the‑job training
- Experience with advanced manufacturing equipment, including robotics
- In‑demand maintenance and troubleshooting skills
- State of Wisconsin Certificate of Apprenticeship upon completion
- Safety & Operations: OSHA standards, tools, and equipment operation
- Mechanical Systems:
Bearings, belts, gearboxes, pumps, conveyors, motors - Hydraulics & Pneumatics:
System components, troubleshooting, repair - Installation & Setup:
Rigging, alignment, equipment start‑up - Maintenance:
Preventive and predictive diagnostics - Machining & Fabrication:
Shop equipment, welding, and basic metalwork
- 8,000‑hour structured apprenticeship
- Includes paid related instruction
- Hands‑on mentoring in a manufacturing environment
