Quad in Pewaukee is launching an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic Apprenticeship Program designed to develop skilled technicians through paid, hands-on training and related instruction.
The 8,000-hour program combines shop-floor practice with safety and operation training, covering mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and fabrication. Successful apprentices earn a Wisconsin Certificate of Apprenticeship upon completion and advance within Quad.
