As an HVAC Installer, you will have a full-time role that may require rotating nights and weekends to meet the needs of our customers and ensure systems are always running smoothly.

You will arrive ready to take on new challenges, starting each day by inspecting HVAC systems and their components. You will test systems to guarantee proper operation in a variety of settings, using your keen troubleshooting abilities to identify and replace broken or outdated parts. You will lead by example, providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with your team to find the best solutions.

Your focus on organization and metal fabrication skills will help you tackle each project with confidence, all while growing your expertise and learning new methods in a supportive, development-oriented environment.

• Valid driver's license
• 2+ years of experience as a Lead HVAC Installer
• Metal fabrication experience
• Ability to withstand heat, climb ladders, and enter attics
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Team-oriented mindset
• Highly organized and motivated
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Leadership qualities and a dependable self-starter
• Ability and eagerness to learn new ideas, methods, and perspectives
