Forensic Coordinator

Wisconsin Community Services seeks a Forensic Coordinator to support justice-involved adults in Waukesha and/or Milwaukee. In this role, you will coordinate court-ordered and community-based behavioral health services, complete risk and needs assessments, develop service plans, and monitor participant compliance with legal and treatment requirements. You will collaborate closely with courts, attorneys, treatment providers, and community partners, maintain accurate documentation, and provide advocacy, crisis support, and timely reports.

Responsibilities

• Provide forensic case management and coordination for justice-involved adults.
• Complete risk, needs, and behavioral health screenings and assessments.
• Develop and monitor individualized service and reentry plans.
• Coordinate court-ordered and voluntary treatment and support services.
• Communicate regularly with courts, attorneys, and service providers.
• Maintain accurate, timely case notes, reports, and data.
• Support clients with advocacy, coaching, and crisis intervention.
• Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and confidentiality standards.
• Participate in multidisciplinary and community partnership meetings.
• Contribute to a trauma-informed, equity-focused team culture.
