Beverage Merchandising and Delivery Specialist

Join Farmer Brothers and Keep Workplaces Brewing We’re looking for a Beverage Merchandising and Delivery Specialist who thrives on customer interaction, keeps equipment and stations to spec, and grows sales while providing reliable route relief. If you enjoy autonomy, hands-on work, and helping customers love their coffee program, this role is for you.

Your Impact Own route relief assignments and deliver outstanding service to every customer on the daily schedule.

Deliver, stock, rotate, and merchandise coffee, tea, and related products; uphold beverage station standards at each stop.

Perform at least one CQC (Cup Quality Check) per day; keep equipment clean and operational.

Proactively alert the Area Sales Manager (ASM) to service gaps, dissatisfaction, or process inefficiencies.

Manage invoices, inventory, and collections each day while running a route.

Increase Revenue per Stop by closing distribution voids on core items, executing seasonal/LTO promotions, and carrying out pricing actions.

Assist with inventory cycle counts, warehouse activity, and customer-specific tasks as needed.

Learn essential brewing equipment skills to make basic repairs and adjustments.

Follow the Farmer Brothers Way to Sell on every call to deepen loyalty; make additional sales calls when time allows.

Support broader operations such as warehouse work, accounts receivable collections, and customer service.

Work Schedule Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m., with overtime when required.

Driving Requirements Valid Driver’s License required.

Must be able to complete a successful DOT physical.

What You Bring High School Diploma or equivalent (required).Route delivery experience welcomed; customer service background preferred.

Food service experience is a plus.

Clean, reliable driving record.

We also apply location-based salary adjustments; in higher-cost markets, employees may receive a geographic premium based on market data and local conditions.
