• Compensation:
  • The pay for this position is $33 per hour. Shift differential pay may also apply, and the position is also eligible for a quarterly bonus of up to $5,200 per year.
  • Hourly rate consists of a $28 per hour base rate plus a $5 per hour Weekend Warrior premium.
  • Opportunities to increase base pay with tenure and level-up development programs.
• Available Shift(s):
  • The schedule for this position is Thursday through Sunday. You’ll work four 10-hour shifts each week, starting at 8:00 A.M.
• Local Routes with up to two overnight hotel stays per week.
• One overnight stay is required Thursday into Friday, with an additional optional overnight Saturday into Sunday depending on truck availability.

Primary Job Accountabilities

What You’ll Do:

• As a CDL-certified Delivery Service Driver, you will operate an automatic straight truck (12,000–20,000 lb. GVW) on local delivery routes, delivering cooking oil to commercial kitchens while ensuring safe, accurate deliveries and excellent customer service.
• Safely connect to truck hoses to customer oil tanks to load/unload cooking oil
• Use company-issued iPhone apps for route tracking, invoicing, and compliance
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers to meet their needs
• Monitor tank levels to avoid oil outs and ensure seamless service
• Always uphold DOT, OSHA, and HACCP safety standard.

Education, Requirements & Competencies

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid CDL Class A or B with Tanker Endorsement
• Able to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks (climbing ladders, bending, twisting, etc.)
• Strong safety mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED highly preferred
• 2+ years of CDL-regulated driving experience
• Bilingual
• Comfortable using hand tools and performing basic troubleshooting

• Safe Driving Record (Past 36 Months):
  Limited MVR moving violations or PSP report violations.
• Zero Tolerance (Past 5 Years):
  No speeding over 100 mph
• Drug & Alcohol Compliance:
  This position requires the operation of a DOT-regulated vehicle, and candidates will be subject to passing a DOT-mandated pre-employment drug test.
