Flooring Services of Texas is seeking a passionate, customer service and team-oriented Design Coordinator/ Receptionist for our Design Gallery located in Pflugerville, Texas.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, and scheduling appointments. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.

• Professional customer service for customers calling and visiting the Design Gallery
• Providing administrative support to our team
• Scheduling appointments for homeowners to meet with our team
• Setting up and breaking down design presentations

• Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Detail oriented, self-disciplined, and organized
• Willingness to learn and adapt
• Effective communication skills and a sense of urgency
• High level of integrity
