The Workforce Staffing (WFS) team is looking for a non‑exempt, Reduced Time (RT) Staffing Administrator.
Staffing Administrators help coordinate and execute activities to support the High‑Volume Hiring (HVH) and staffing efforts for the WFS team for a defined geography (node). These efforts include but are not limited to processing candidates virtually and in person in New Hire Events (NHE). RT Staffing Administrators will develop and coordinate activities to support staffing efforts and provide support to the WFS organization to ensure successful completion of all administrative activities in the staffing process.
This role is essential to creating a positive candidate and employee experience. RT Staffing Administrators will play an integral role in supporting the Node’s staffing efforts, thrive on pulling many pieces together to form a complete picture, and enjoy working in a team environment with a focus on individual contribution. You will work with a team of Staffing Coordinators and Managers who thrive in an innovative and fast‑paced environment.
Our WFS node teams work flexible schedules, shifts, and areas to include evenings and weekends. We roll up our sleeves, work hard, have fun and make history!
- Sets up, executes, and breaks down New Hiring Events (NHE) based on labor projections to meet the labor order demands and fill on‑time
- Supports candidate activity to ensure all electronic paperwork is completed on time
- Provides follow‑up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email
- Tracks recruiting activities and reports candidate status
- Attends events such as community fairs, hiring events, and job fairs
- Addresses basic questions regarding the recruiting process
- Identifies opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
- Assists in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed
- Assists in onboarding of new hires and departures of employees
- Performs administrative tasks as needed
- Effectively executes NHE activities including Host, Candidate Care Specialist, Candidate Processing, Badge Photo, and/or Drug Test Administration
- Works a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, and may be required to work overtime to support business needs
- Is organized with attention to detail, able to prioritize, and work in an environment with competing demands
- Is able to travel as needed to conduct events in locations within the designated Node or geographical area
- High school or equivalent diploma
- Experience in administrative tasks such as data entry, managing data‑driven report processes
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Experience performing accurate data entry and analysis
- Experience working with customers with a passion for delivering exceptional service, and strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities
- Experience troubleshooting and documenting findings, or dealing effectively with customers during problem resolution and operating efficiently under pressure
- Experience troubleshooting and identifying the root cause of issues
- Experience in written and oral communication, including the ability to communicate with all levels in the organization (technical, business, executive)
- Associate’s degree or above
- Experience in Recruiting or HR
- Experience with contact management system/applicant tracking system for sourcing, tracking and managing candidates
- 1+ years of system administration, or 1+ years of technical support experience
- Knowledge of presentations and white‑boarding skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with internal and external executives, IT management, and developers
- Bi‑lingual skills are a plus
