Responsibilities
- Recap and track Potential Change Orders (PCOs).
- Price up material vouchers.
- Write up and keep track of all Request for Information (RFIs).
- Track certified payroll for Rosendin and all subcontractors, fill out all necessary forms (e.g., HRC forms, OCIP Compliance).
- Update project schedules on Microsoft Project or Sure Track.
- Prepare monthly billing (Schedule of Values/Cover sheet).
- Create and update material flow sheets (fixtures and fire alarm devices, subcontract/Change Order logs, submittal logs).
- Obtain quotes from vendors and perform light material ordering.
- Knowledge and ability to read blueprints, materials and pricing using Biddle Book.
- Project management procedures and working knowledge of scheduling software.
- Computer, filing and 10‑key skills required.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Strong organizational, record‑keeping and follow‑up skills.
- High level of discretion and interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential matters.
- Proficient in Microsoft Project, Sure Track, Oracle and SharePoint preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.). Oracle experience preferred.
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks, adapting to changing priorities.
- Work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
- Oral and written communication skills.
- Self‑motivated, proactive, effective team player.
- Interact professionally with all levels of employees, management, staff, vendors, clients and others.
- Associate degree in Business Management, Construction Management, or related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Minimum 1–2 years of project management support experience, preferably in construction.
- Experience in the construction industry.
- Combination of education, training and relevant experience also considered.

Working ConditionsGeneral work environment involves sitting for extended periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, and bending. Work is conducted primarily indoors with fluorescent lighting and air conditioning. Noise level is typically low to medium; it can be loud on a job site. Occasional lifting of up to 30 lbs.
