Collision Estimator

Job Summary

Caliber Collision has an immediate opening for a Collision Estimator in Service Center Pflugerville. The role will perform all-purpose duties such as writing estimates, conducting process reviews, checking in customer vehicles, completing final customer paperwork before vehicle delivery, finalizing total loss administration, and providing post-repair plan communication including all vehicle status updates to customers while complying with Caliber safety rules, guidelines, and company standards.

• Write collision estimates.
• Conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles.
• Complete final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalize total loss administration.
• Provide post-repair plan communication and vehicle status updates to customers.

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license and eligibility for coverage under Caliber’s insurance policy.
• Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraiser license.

• Physical ability to reach, kneel, bend, squat and lift >50 lbs.
• Experience with CCC1 or similar estimating software.
• Advanced understanding of repair processes and procedures.
• Strong sales orientation.
• Ability to understand written and verbal instructions.
• Prioritize competing tasks and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
