Job Summary
Caliber Collision has an immediate opening for a Collision Estimator in Service Center Pflugerville. The role will perform all-purpose duties such as writing estimates, conducting process reviews, checking in customer vehicles, completing final customer paperwork before vehicle delivery, finalizing total loss administration, and providing post-repair plan communication including all vehicle status updates to customers while complying with Caliber safety rules, guidelines, and company standards.
Responsibilities- Write collision estimates.
- Conduct process reviews.
- Check in customer vehicles.
- Complete final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery (DRP, final invoice).
- Finalize total loss administration.
- Provide post-repair plan communication and vehicle status updates to customers.
- Immediately eligible for medical, dental and vision coverage.
- Industry comparable pay – paid weekly.

- Paid skilled trainings and certifications – I‑CAR.

- 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
- 21 years of age or older.
- Valid driver’s license and eligibility for coverage under Caliber’s insurance policy.
- Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraiser license.
- Physical ability to reach, kneel, bend, squat and lift >50 lbs.
- Experience with CCC1 or similar estimating software.
- Advanced understanding of repair processes and procedures.
- Strong sales orientation.
- Ability to understand written and verbal instructions.
- Prioritize competing tasks and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
