Warehouse Specialist
The mission of the Warehouse Specialist is to ensure the efficient, safe, and organized management of warehouse operations to support the company’s supply chain and maintain optimal inventory control.
What You’ll Do- The management of incoming and outgoing goods operations. This includes the selection and subsequent supervision of the handling procedures for incoming and outgoing goods; control of the preparation of orders and their subsequent loading onto transport vehicles; and quality control of incoming goods.
- The control of the circulation of vehicles transporting goods in such a way that the goods are cost‑effective and comply with safety criteria managing also the access for external drivers/technicians.
- The verification of the fulfilment of the orders, ensuring that the planned procedures are fulfilled on time, with the expected quality and safety.
- Control over the maintenance of the warehouse to avoid errors and streamline the processes of receiving goods and preparing orders.
- Decide on the material resources to be used.
- Decide on inventory control procedures and supervises their compliance. In addition, he must control the stocks and the conditions in which it is stored. He also decides on the location of the goods in the warehouse, considering the characteristics of the goods and the manipulations they will undergo.
- Coordinate machinery movement (forklifts, boom lifts, scissor lifts, telehandlers).
- Manage tooling carts: delivery, return, audits, and inventory.
- Track equipment status, fuel levels, and generator operation.
- Maintain basic facility and fleet records.
Important:
This is a field role working directly with tools, machinery, inventory, and equipment—not a supply chain analyst role.
- Logistics field, management or industrial engineering, with specialized certifications in warehouse management and inventory control.
- Experience may replace degree.
- Experience in logistics, operations, warehousing, or mechanical/industrial environments.
- Basic tool and machinery knowledge.
- Familiarity with SAP, CRM, or MS Office.
- Understanding of industrial material purchasing.
- Valid driver’s license.
- English & Spanish (intermediate).
- Ability to travel to different project locations.
