• At least 3‑5 years of warehouse experience.
• Forklift experience.
• You enjoy learning about new products and helping customers find new solutions.
• You work well with a team and enjoy organizing products and processes.
• You pay attention to the details, such as tracking inventory.
• You are at your best when you are creating solutions and maintaining goals for your team.
• Ability to educate and train others.
• Enjoy working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Can lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable with loud noises in a temperature‑varied environment.
• Great at building relationships and want to lead a team to success.
