The Administrative Manager is an entry-level leader responsible for training and leading associates in customer service, warehouse duties, coordinating truck deliveries, and ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities. This role ensures daily store operations are performed in accordance with company policies and procedures while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Duties and Responsibilities of the Position:- Identify training needsandprovide coachingto employees in the areas of customer service, order management, purchasing, warehouse duties, office administration, truck management, and system processes.
- Coordinate delivery truck deliveries and maintenance.
- May perform a variety of customer service, warehouse, and office administration duties as necessary.
- Act as the contact person for various computer systems.
- Address and resolve operational issues, conflicts, and challenges that may arise within the team.
- Ensures associates follow standard safety procedurestocomplywith corporate safety program standards.
- Perform other duties as needed.
Education:
- Bachelors degree in a related fieldor equivalent education and/or experience.
- 4-6 years relevant experienceor equivalent education and/or experience.
- 0-2 years of management experience.
- Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in one's own job discipline or field.
- Focused on and responsible for their team's productivity and collective impact.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, delegate, and manage time effectively.
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential data.
- Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite products.
- Flexible attitude, adaptable to change, team player, and able to handle multiple projects at once.
- High degree of professionalism, judgment, maturity, and resourcefulness in the absence of formalized guidelines and procedures.
- This employee will be responsible for direct reports.
- The ability to lift 50 pounds regularly.
