** Essential Duties/Responsibilities:*
* • Assist with supervising construction efforts to ensure the project progresses in accordance with design, budget, and schedule.
• Assume responsibility for the productivity of crafts, efficient use of materials and equipment, and contractual performance of the project, determine workforce levels, material quantities, and equipment, and ensure that these requirements are maintained.
• Schedule subcontractors, consultants, and vendors in the critical path to ensure timely completion.
• Perform quality control duties and responsibilities regarding the work being performed.
• Supervise craft employees and/or other contractors as required by the contract.
• Must set standards of excellence in leadership, safety, quality, and productivity for the members of the project crew.
• Ensure that the job site is always kept in a clean and organized manner, and perform a job progress and completion list.
• Advise senior-level supervision/project management of potential problems, interferences, and schedule difficulties. Assist in circumventing/resolving such problems as required.
• Adheres to procedures, regulations, and guidelines while minimizing errors and safety risks.
• Ensure all on-site personnel comply with project procedures, quality standards, safety program requirements & precautions, work rules, and company policies.
• Regular attendance is required according to company policy to ensure the crew can operate at a normal efficiency level.
• Follow instructions and comprehend construction needs.## Qualifications
** Required Skills/Abilities:*
* • Knowledge of various construction disciplines, cost construction, scheduling, safety regulations, engineering drawings, and other required documents.
• Able to generate Word documents and understand and populate documents in various software.
• Able to interpret contract drawings and use the tools of their trade efficiently.
• Be able to train others on the proper use of hand tools and power tools.
• Able to follow established safety rules to maintain a safe environment, adapt and respond to potentially hazardous conditions, and use the appropriate PPE.
• Able to follow directions, instructions, structured processes, and procedures.
• Able to work in all weather conditions (extreme heat/cold, wind, rain).
• Able to communicate effectively in English/Spanish (preferred).

* Education and Experience:
*
* • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in construction, earthwork, concrete, and Formwork is preferred.
• Minimum five (5) years’ experience in construction in a supervisory capacity.
• Proven experience as a Concrete Foreman, Concrete Finisher, or similar role in the construction industry, with hands-on experience in concrete construction.
• Valid Driver’s License with clear MVR.

* Physical Requirements:
*
* • Frequent walking on uneven surfaces, including ground in varying weather conditions.
• Frequently ascending or descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, poles, and the like.
• Move in and around confined, cluttered, and uneven areas.
• Constantly reaching, pushing, and pulling gears to operate the levers and the steering wheel.
• Move in and around confined, cluttered, and uneven areas.
• May need to occasionally work at heights and must be able to abide by all safety and fall-protection requirements; must be able to wear and utilize all safety equipment required for work at heights.
• May stoop, kneel, or bend on a frequent basis.
• May reach above shoulder heights and below the waist on a frequent basis.
• Regularly work near heavy equipment and moving machinery.
• Able to safely operate a motor vehicle.
• Exposure to outdoor environment with machinery/equipment in the surrounding area.
• Must be able to push/pull 80+ lbs.
• Must be able to lift/carry 80+ lbs.
• Able to wear personal protective equipment is required, including steel-toe shoes, gloves, safety glasses, hearing protection, hard hat, vest, etc.
