Service Center Pflugerville – Customer Service Representative (Immediate Opening)

Perform all-purpose duties, which may include greeting and providing extraordinary customer service to internal and external customers, monitoring workload scheduled for the center, recommending load level requests when necessary, coordinating Rental Car and Tow companies to provide a one‑stop service, and maintaining a broad knowledge base of insurance partner requirements regarding authorizations, billing, and load level processes.

• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of insurance partner requirements and processes.

• 1+ years of experience in a customer‑facing environment.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to navigate multiple software systems, such as Microsoft Office Suite.
• Capacity to work through competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Providing personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customers.
