Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Toddler‑Preschool Floater Teacher to join our team. This entry‑level position requires working Mon‑Fri, 9 am‑6 pm.

• Partner with other teachers to implement our proprietary curriculum and use engaging characters to make TLE a fun place for children to learn, play, and grow.
• Maintain quality compliance and health and safety standards throughout the daycare classrooms and programs.
• Collaborate with peers to create a welcoming and engaging daycare space for children.
• Communicate with parents and families, sharing their child's latest adventures and achievements through mobile apps and personal discussions.
• Assist with lunch breaks for teachers, step into various classrooms as needed, and be a crucial member of the TLE team.

• Genuine passion for the education and care of children.
• High school diploma or GED (ECE coursework preferred).
• Meet any applicable state licensing requirements for the role.
