The Goddard School® located in Pflugerville, TX is growing and looking to add a caring, energetic, and reliable Morning
Part-Time Teacher Assistant to our amazing team of Early Childhood Educators. If you love working with children and want to support a high-quality learning environment, we would love to hear from you!

We are hiring specifically for a morning schedule of 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. You must be able to work with all ages, ranging from 6 weeks old to 5 years of age
.

• Competitive pay: $14–$16/hour (based on experience & qualifications)

• Paid training to meet annual licensing requirements

• High school diploma or GED

• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. to safely support young children

• Strong communication skills and a professional, positive attitude

• Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work independently

• Empathy, patience, and a genuine love for working with children

• Must be willing to prepare snacks, lunches, and breaks for any classroom

Preferred:

• Prior experience in a licensed child care center

• Experience supporting infants, toddlers, or preschool-age children

As an Assistant Teacher, you’ll partner with a Lead Teacher to create a warm, safe, and engaging classroom environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining a safe, healthy, and nurturing learning environment

• Assisting with daily routines, activities, and curriculum implementation

• Supporting each child’s social and emotional development

• Demonstrating warmth, kindness, and professionalism at all times

• Building positive relationships with families
