This position is with our Adhesive Technologies business unit – where we empower our people to transform industries and provide our customers with a competitive advantage through adhesives, sealants and functional coatings.

• Manages all operations at factory level to ensure efficient production and high quality products
• Delivers against plant performance KPIs, budget and projects
• Sets up and executes development plans for plant personnel
• Ensures operations processes and solutions are implemented according to global procedures and local regulations

• Bachelor s degree in chemical engineering preferred.
• Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field preferred. 5+ years in chemical manufacturing, preferred.
• Proven experience managing chemical production processes (batch/continuous).
• Demonstrated ability to implement and sustain 5S (Level
  3).
• Practical experience with a Manufacturing Operating System (MOS) or similar operational excellence framework (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Strong understanding of chemical processes, equipment, safety procedures (e.g., PSM), and quality management systems.

The salary for this role is $70000.00 - $85000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
