Safety Coordinator

Mas Tec -  -  - Responsibilities:
Spend 80% of time in the field auditing job sites for compliance with safety policy and communicate findings to management.;
Provide safety leadership creating enthusiasm and participation among all employees including subcontractors.;
Attend Safety Committee meetings and weekly tailgate safety meetings; monitor results and report to management.;
Maintain first aid and emergency response supplies; input and review incident reports; conduct safety training.;
Identify workplace safety hazards and assist site management in corrective action; implement Zero Injury System and safety policies.
