Hiring Licensed Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Training Wheels ABA Pflugerville
Bilingual Candidates Strongly Preferred
Training Wheels ABA in Pflugerville is hiring a Licensed Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support early learners with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). If you are an experienced, certified RBT looking for a supportive, growth-focused clinic environment, we would love to meet you.
Bilingual applicants (Spanish/English) are highly encouraged to apply.
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD
- Implement treatment plans created by a BCBA
- Support skill development in communication, play, social skills, and daily living
- Document session data accurately in required systems
- Collaborate daily with supervising BCBAs and clinic leadership
- Maintain professionalism, reliability, and ethical clinical standards
$18.00 – $25.00 per hour, depending on experience and ABA tenure.

- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing
- Experience providing ABA therapy to children
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliability and professionalism in a clinic setting
- Bilingual preferred (Spanish/English)
- Ability to stand, walk, kneel, and lift throughout the workday
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable working 1:1 with children in an active, play-based environment
- Interest in psychology, special education, or related field preferred
- At least 2 years of experience working with children
- Passion for helping children reach their full potential
- Experience with children: 1 year (Preferred)
