IT Systems Engineer – MSSP

Requirements Must have:

• Over 3 years of experience in an MSP or MSSP setting
• Robust hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365 Admin Centers
• Proven track record managing Jamf MDM for Apple devices
• Experience in conducting or assisting with email migrations
• Strong understanding of networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, VLANs, basic firewall knowledge)
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment

• Administer and provide support for Microsoft 365 environments, including Exchange Online, Entra  (Azure AD), Intune, and security configurations – Facilitate and support email migrations between Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace – Manage and assist with Apple environments (iPads, iPhones, macOS) using Jamf MDM – Onboard new clients comprehensively: users, devices, security stack, documentation, and handover – Resolve advanced Level 2 support issues across Windows, macOS, SaaS applications, and networking – Support and troubleshoot VoIP systems, including user provisioning and call quality concerns – Develop and maintain scripts (Power Shell, Bash, or equivalent) to automate routine tasks – Keep system documentation and internal knowledge base articles updated – Communicate professionally and clearly with clients when necessary
