We are actively seeking a dedicated, customer-focused individual to join our team at the Texas Office as a Drone Engineer. Your main objective will be to deliver exceptional technical support and training, and to conduct captivating demos of our technologies.

This is a full‑time position requiring working from the office a few days a week:
Pflugerville, TX 78660.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical assistance through various channels, including our service desk platform (Jira), email, and phone for both hardware and software solutions developed by SPH Engineering.
  • Handle assembly, inventory management, and shipping logistics.
  • Conduct training sessions for customers. Translate, create, and deliver training materials and user manuals in both English and Spanish.
  • Participate in conducting captivating and informative technology demos for both customers and partners.
Qualifications
  • Customer service/Technical Support service: at least 1 year of continuous intensive experience;
  • FAA Part 107 license (preferable);
  • Background in Technical User Support, showcasing your ability to comprehend and resolve complex technical issues;
  • Spanish native speaker with proficiency in English for effective verbal and written communication;
  • Familiarity with tools like the JIRA Service Desk system;
  • Strong skills in Windows, MacOS, Android, and general electronics encompassing PCs, phones, tablets, drones, and more;
  • A keen interest in uncrewed systems and robotics will be beneficial, either professionally or as a hobby;
  • Demonstrated problem‑solving skills, determined to find practical solutions for user issues;
  • Self‑motivated, responsible, compassionate, and supportive personality traits.
