Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Senior Project Manager to join one of the top Electrical Construction Firms based in Phoenix, expanding into the Austin area. You will lead mission‑critical projects in Austin and help grow the presence in Texas.

Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 per year.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee multiple projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely, on‑budget, high‑quality delivery, and collaborate with clients, vendors, and the project team.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget, quality completion.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets; communicate roles and responsibilities.
• Work closely with clients to understand needs and deliver expectations.
• Manage project risks, issues, changes; keep stakeholders informed.
• Provide regular status updates to senior management and stakeholders; elevate issues.
• Ensure all project documentation is accurate and archived.
• Manage resources – personnel, equipment, materials – for efficiency.
• Foster a positive collaborative team environment; motivate and engage team.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years as Foreman, Superintendent, or Project Manager in construction, focused on electrical projects.
• Strong project management skills: planning, scheduling, budgeting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making with risk mitigation.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and resources.
• Experience with project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.
• PMP certification is a plus.
