The Night Janitorial Project Manager oversees day-to-day janitorial operations for assigned accounts. This role includes supervising staff, maintaining client relationships, ensuring service quality, and meeting budgetary, safety, and regulatory standards.
Compensation:$56,160.00 / annual salary (US Dollars)
The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program.
401(k) – You become eligible to make personal contributions beginning the first of the month following 30 days of employment. You become eligible for the ABM match beginning the first of the month following six months of employment. ABM matches your pre‑tax and/or Roth contributions, dollar for dollar, for the first 3%. For the next 2%, ABM contributes $0.50 for each dollar you contribute.
Your contributions and match are immediately vested.

QualificationsEducation & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent;
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred. - 2–5 years of experience in janitorial or facilities management, including supervisory roles.
Skills &
Competencies:
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and payroll systems.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours and respond to emergencies.
Preferred:
- Bilingual (Spanish preferred).
- Experience managing large-scale facilities.
- Familiarity with green cleaning and sustainable practices.
- Supervise janitorial teams across one or multiple locations, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Develop and manage cleaning schedules, staff breaks, and payroll submissions.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with cleanliness, safety, and health regulations (e.g., OSHA).
- Manage inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms.
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and cleaning teams; resolve issues promptly.
- Prepare reports on cleaning activities, staff performance, and budget compliance.
- Provide after-hours support for emergency cleaning or crisis situations.
