Estimated Compensation: $55,000–$70,000+ per year including bonus and commission opportunities

European Wax Center is looking for a strong, sales‑driven Center Manager to lead our Pflugerville location.

This is not a back‑office management role. Our Center Managers lead the full business: sales, guest experience, team development, accountability, scheduling, operations, standards, inventory and performance. You will coach both our front desk Guest Service Associates and our licensed Wax Specialists to create a confident, high‑performing team that delivers excellent service every day.

The right person for this role is positive, organized, competitive, professional, and comfortable holding people accountable while building a culture that people are proud to be part of.

At European Wax Center, our managers wear many hats. You are not managing one department — you are leading the entire center.

You will be responsible for developing a team that can confidently recommend wax passes, retail products, and services while delivering the best guest experience possible. You will help create a culture where team members understand the standards, take pride in the brand, and feel appreciated for the opportunity to grow.

• Lead, coach, and develop Guest Service Associates and Wax Specialists
• Drive sales performance through daily coaching, training, and accountability
• Help the team confidently sell wax passes, retail products, and services
• Maintain high standards for guest experience, service quality, cleanliness, and professionalism
• Hold team members accountable to company policies, procedures, dress code, attendance, and performance expectations
• Hire, train, schedule, and supervise center team members
• Review business performance, identify opportunities, and create action plans
• Handle guest concerns professionally and train the team to do the same
• Manage operational duties including payroll, inventory, scheduling, and center standards
• Build a positive, goal‑oriented culture where people want to perform at their best

The ideal candidate has:

• 3+ years of management or leadership experience in retail, beauty, hospitality, service, or sales
• Experience leading a team of 5 or more employees
• A strong sales mindset and comfort coaching others to sell
• The ability to hold people accountable with professionalism and consistency
• Strong communication, organization, and follow‑through
• Confidence using business numbers, goals, and performance metrics
• Experience with POS systems, Google Suite, Microsoft Office, or similar tools
• A positive attitude and the ability to lead by example

Beauty industry experience is helpful, but not required. Strong leadership, sales ability, accountability, and the desire to develop people are more important.
