What You'll DoAs Practice Manager, you'll partner closely with the Medical Director to oversee the daily operations of the hospital while creating an environment where both people and pets thrive. You'll be instrumental in building a high-performing team, delivering exceptional client service, and ensuring the hospital grows into a trusted part of the Pflugerville community.
Responsibilities- Lead the day-to-day operations of the hospital.
- Recruit, hire, onboard, coach, and develop an exceptional team.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable workplace culture.
- Partner with the Medical Director to achieve strategic, operational, and financial goals.
- Monitor hospital performance through key business metrics and identify opportunities for continued growth.
- Oversee scheduling, staffing, payroll, inventory, and operational workflows.
- Support an outstanding client experience while ensuring excellent patient care.
- Coach team members through regular feedback, performance management, and professional development.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Champion change, continuous improvement, and team engagement as the hospital grows.

Qualifications- Previous veterinary hospital management experience required.
- Proven leadership and team development experience.
- Strong business acumen with experience managing financial performance and hospital KPIs.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for delivering exceptional service to clients, patients, and team members.
Certified Veterinary Practice Manager (CVPM) certification is strongly preferred
, or a willingness to pursue certification.

Compensation- Starting salary of $70,000+ annually, with higher compensation based on experience, qualifications, and leadership background.
