Emergency Services Nursing Manager

St. David's Medical Center seeks an Emergency Services Nursing Manager to lead clinical operations in our fast-paced ED. The manager will supervise ED nursing staff, coordinate patient flow, and ensure evidence-based, patient-centered care. Responsibilities include staffing, scheduling, performance management, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance. The role partners closely with physicians and hospital leadership to enhance outcomes, safety, and patient experience.

Ideal candidates are experienced ED RNs with strong leadership, trauma/critical care background, and a commitment to compassionate, collaborative practice in a high-acuity environment.
