Registered Nurse Progressive Care

St. David's Medical Center in Austin, TX is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Progressive Care Unit. In this fast-paced, high-acuity setting, you will deliver evidence-based nursing care to step-down patients, including cardiac, neuro, and post-surgical cases. Responsibilities include assessments, care planning, medication administration, monitoring complex patients, and responding to changes in condition. You will collaborate closely with physicians and an interdisciplinary team, precept and educate patients and families, and contribute to quality, safety, and performance improvement initiatives while advancing your clinical skills.
