- Be the Director of First Impressions: manage a multi‑line phone system, greet clients with a positive attitude, and reflect our commitment to compassionate care.
- Ensure Seamless Care Coordination: maintain accurate medical records, manage appointment schedules, and handle financial transactions to keep the hospital running smoothly.
- Advocate for Pet Health: educate clients on preventative care and hospital services to ensure the best care for every pet.
- Embody Compassion and Empathy: be a calming presence for clients, showing empathy and respect in every situation and treating each pet like your own.
- A passion for providing excellent customer service and a genuine love for animals.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage stressful situations with good judgment and a positive attitude.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- A collaborative, team‑first mindset and the ability to work both independently and with direction.
- Experience with veterinary software is preferred. A flexible schedule, including some weekends and holidays, is required.
