Meet or exceed MAC brand sales and service goals and contribute to store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel, and retail shrink.;
Build and maintain strong customer relationships by interfacing with existing guest base and following up on guest inquiries.;
Conduct personalized makeup demonstrations, applications, skincare analyses, and product demonstrations to MAC and Ulta Beauty standards.;
Book appointments for and support the execution of services and in-store events that deliver a premier guest experience while meeting sales goals.;
Maintain prompt, regular attendance and collaborate with store teams to grow the business.
