Overview:
As a Store Sales Associate Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our retail store. You will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales to achieve store targets.

• Team Leadership:
  Supervise and motivate a team of sales associates, provide guidance and support; schedule and assign tasks; conduct performance evaluations; assist in training new associates; foster a positive work environment.
• Customer Service:
  Greet and assist customers; provide product knowledge and recommendations; resolve complaints promptly and escalates when necessary; maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
• Sales and Target Achievement:
  Drive sales by engaging customers, promoting products; meet or exceed individual and team sales targets; monitor sales trends; collaborate with store manager to develop strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
• Inventory Management:
  Assist in receiving, organizing, and replenishing merchandise; conduct regular inventory counts; ensure accurate pricing and labeling.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in retail management a plus.
• Proven experience in a retail sales role with track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
