Pay and Position

PBNA $24.50 / hour – Full Time – Days.

Responsible for product merchandising within large volume stores (e.g., grocery). Duties include stocking shelves, rotating shelved products, setting up displays, stocking and rotating products in coolers, organizing and rotating products in storage rooms, and moving products from storage to the sales floor.

Labor intensive: lifting, loading, pushing, and pulling cases weighing 20–45 pounds. Requires bending, reaching, and squatting during merchandising tasks.

The schedule is consistent with specific start times; opportunities exist for different work schedules.

• Merchandise store shelving, coolers, and displays with products in assigned accounts.
• Rotate products in the backroom and on the shelf.
• Transport products to and from the backroom to the shelf location.
• Use equipment such as U-Boots, hand trucks, and pallet jacks.
• Display promotional material (signs and banners) in accounts.
• Keep backroom stock neat and orderly.
• Communicate store issues to store managers and Pepsi Co management.
• Build customer relationships at the store level.
• Comply with operating procedures (scan-in/scan-out, designated routes).
• Service accounts during designated times set by management.
• Deliver customer service through communication and rapport building.
• Operate under minimal supervision as a self-managed role.
• Use handheld devices to write or input orders.
• Maintain regular, reliable, predictable attendance.

• 18 years or older.
• Pass the physical capabilities test (if applicable).
• Have access to a vehicle within assigned shift (personal or company).
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License.
• Proof of insurance.

• Experience in retail or grocery settings (understanding store operations, backroom, and inventory).
• Experience moving products with equipment such as U-Boots or hand trucks.
• Experience merchandising products (filling shelves, building displays, rotating items, cleaning shelves).
• Experience managing backroom or stockroom inventory (organizing pallets, stacking).
• Experience serving customers and handling customer requests or complaints.

Positions requiring a personal vehicle will receive mileage reimbursement.
