• Generate leads — be resourceful and hungry.
• Manage and convert company and self-generated leads with professionalism and confidence.
• Perform inspections and meet with insurance adjusters — we’ll teach you how.
• Offer solutions, close deals, and keep homeowners in the loop throughout the job. Use our modern systems (we're paperless and tech-forward) to manage your work efficiently.
• Show up for the team — training, meetings, and support are key to your growth here.

• You’re self-motivated and don’t need someone micromanaging you to hit your goals.
• You have a vehicle (we have company vehicle opportunities too).
• You’ve got sales experience (2+ years preferred, roofing is a bonus).
• You’re coachable — you don’t have to know roofing, but you have to be hungry to learn.
• You’re physically able to climb roofs and work in the heat/cold.
• You manage your time like a pro.

• Full-time 1099 position
• We actually pay you while you're in training!
• Industry leading commission structure— earn $90,000 to $260,000/year based on performance
• Flexible day and evening shifts
• Monday to Friday (weekends as needed)
