Product Sales Manager Perimeter Solutions
The Product Sales Manager Perimeter Solutions is responsible for driving revenue growth by maximizing product penetration within an assigned territory. This role focuses on high-volume outbound prospecting, converting inbound inquiries, and developing strong customer relationships to expand market share and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities Sales & Revenue Growth- Drive revenue through outbound prospecting, inbound lead conversion, and account development
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Achieve KPI targets (calls, quotes, activations, revenue, and volume)
- Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Identify high-potential customers, industries, and market segments
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis
- Develop and execute territory and account-specific sales strategies
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Conduct regular client engagement, including site visits
- Provide tailored solutions based on customer needs
- Maintain deep understanding of perimeter solution products
- Act as a subject matter expert for customers
- Communicate product value proposition effectively
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track sales activities and pipeline
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and forecasts
- Generate sales performance and market trend reports
- Work closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, product, support)
- Communicate account strategies and updates across teams
- Ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred)
- 1+ year of outbound prospecting or sales experience
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to make 3040 calls per day
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Willingness to work onsite (Monday Friday)
- Experience in construction, industrial, or equipment sales
- Experience with inbound and outbound sales cycles
- Onsite role (MF)
- Travel:
Up to 5% (local customer visits)
