Sales Rep - Convenience​/Gas​/Small Format

Job Overview

Pepsi Beverages North America (PBNA) – a unit of Pepsi Co’s beverage manufacturing, sales, and distribution – seeks a Small Format Sales Representative.

Base Salary: $76,826 per year
• Commission/Target Pay included. Full-time.

• Serve as the primary store‑level salesperson and key contact for small format accounts (convenience, gas, small grocery, drug stores, restaurants, etc.).
• Generate sales through identifying opportunities, conducting business reviews, communicating with customers, and providing exceptional service.
• Rotate and stock products on shelves, displays, coolers, vending equipment, and customer backrooms.
• Prioritize and execute daily tasks while servicing up to 100 accounts weekly.
• Receive and act on feedback via key metrics.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional Pepsi partners to meet customer needs.
• Learn new technologies, products, and selling skills to grow accounts.
• Build displays and set up promotional materials; lift, load, push, and pull cases weighing 20–45 lbs (stand, walk, reach, squat).
• Adhere to safety standards and procedures.
• Work in diverse weather conditions.

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must own a vehicle to access multiple store locations within the assigned shift.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and proof of insurance.

Mileage reimbursement is provided for personal vehicle use. The role requires a background check and drug screening, consistent with applicable laws.
