A full‑time Verizon Retail Sales Associate who will generate retail sales, provide solution recommendations, and engage customers to grow the Verizon network.

• Generate retail sales by promoting cutting‑edge technology and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Identify and uncover customers’ needs through active listening and targeted questioning.
• Present product insights and tailored solutions to meet customer goals.
• Close sales using strong communication skills and clear tech solutions.
• Participate in ongoing training to develop merchandising and inventory operational skills.
• Expand customer base through outbound calls and text outreach to existing Verizon customers.
• Engage with the community at off‑site Verizon sponsored events to increase loyal customer reach.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum one year of relevant experience (work or military).
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; schedule is provided four weeks in advance.
• Openness to additional shifts for increased earnings (summer, holidays, peak periods).
• Experience in a commission‑based environment is an advantage.
• Demonstrated sales communication skills in customer‑facing roles.
• Customer service experience is highly valued.

• Base pay: $16.00 to $21.00 per hour.
• Up to $18,000 annually in individual commissions; top performers can earn up to $65,000+ to $75,500+ per year.
• Extra $3,000 annually for bilingual speakers (after language assessment).
