Pay: $16.00–$20.00 per hour, depending on experience

Responsibilities and Duties Install pipe, heads, valves, wire, controllers, and sensors

Perform irrigation system installation, repair, and maintenance

Safely operate basic landscaping and irrigation equipment

Provide exceptional care for customers’ properties as a front-line team member

Work outdoors in all weather conditions

Perform physically demanding work, including lifting and carrying 35–80 pounds regularly

Ensure all work is completed properly and prepared for the next day Deliver exceptional service to customers and help resolve service issues

Maintain strong attention to detail and quality workmanship

How success is measured

Attendance and dependability

Budgeted hours versus actual hours worked

Low return rates and strong quality control

Customer retention and satisfaction

Full utilization of company software and processes

Qualifications

Prior experience in landscaping, lawn service, irrigation, or similar service industries1 to 2 years of irrigation field experience

Ability to install, repair, and maintain sprinkler and irrigation systems

Ability to safely operate basic equipment

Strong communication skills and commitment to customer service

Passion for serving customers, team members, and the community

Willingness to complete all required certifications and licenses if not already obtained

Clean driving history

Experience driving a trailer
