Schedule Planned Maintenance (PM) of all Fleet Services Equipment, automated systems, and conveyors, and keep updated PM records;
Perform corrective repairs and preventive maintenance on MHE, batteries, automated systems and conveyors;
Maintain communication with site managers and operations leaders regarding equipment status and project timelines;
Meet or exceed performance metrics including service response times, first-time fix rates, and PM completion schedules;
Conduct routine inspections of equipment and safety devices to ensure OSHA and manufacturer standards
