About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Residential Electrician to join our team. This position involves performing electrical installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work while supporting operational efficiency and successful project completion. The Residential Electrician works closely with employees, customers, vendors, subcontractors, and leadership to ensure electrical systems are installed and maintained safely, accurately, and in compliance with company standards, safety requirements, and applicable electrical codes.
- Perform electrical installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work on electrical systems and equipment.
- Review project plans, specifications, and work orders to support accurate and efficient project execution.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical issues in a timely, safe, and professional manner.
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with company policies, workplace safety standards, and applicable electrical codes.
- Coordinate with employees, vendors, subcontractors, and internal departments regarding project activities and operational needs.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to electrical work and project activities.
- Support project timelines and assist with resolving operational concerns in the field.
- Monitor equipment, materials, and job site conditions to support safety and operational efficiency.
- Assist with supporting and training less experienced technicians as needed.
- Maintain professionalism and effective communication during all customer, vendor, and operational interactions.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Years of Experience2-4
Qualifications- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, work orders, and electrical documentation.
- Proficiency using electrical tools, testing equipment, and related systems.
- Strong understanding of workplace safety practices and applicable electrical codes.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and decision‑making abilities.
- High attention to detail and strong operational awareness.
- Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with teams, departments, vendors, and customers.
- Ability to resolve issues effectively and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Ability to pass pre‑employment screening such as background checks and MVR.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous electrical installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, or repair experience required.
- Experience in construction, operations, service, or field environments preferred.
- Relevant electrical certifications or licenses required.
- Experience supporting field operations or assisting senior technicians is a plus.
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, climbing, and movement throughout job sites and work environments.
- Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather and job site conditions.
- Frequent use of electrical tools, testing equipment, and safety gear.
- Frequent communication in person, by phone, and through email.
- Ability to travel as required to support project and operational needs.
- Dependable transportation and commitment to punctual, reliable on‑site attendance.
