• Complete Apprenticeship Levels 1 and 2.
• Earn your OSHA 10‑Hour safety certification.
• Master the fundamentals of pipe fitting and confidently interpret complex installation drawings.
• Develop a robust, working understanding of NFPA 13 standards and overall code compliance.

• Install overhead steel piping for diverse systems, including wet, dry, pre‑action, deluge, fire pump, standpipe, and hose systems, as well as residential CPVC and copper systems.
• Cut, thread, groove, and bend pipe to exact engineered specifications.
• Secure and assemble pipes and fixtures using brackets, clamps, welding, brazing, or cementing.

• Install and service underground infrastructure, including private fire mains, hydrants, pits, and control valves.
• Maintain and repair crucial system riser components such as alarm valves, dry pipe valves, and backflow prev enters.

• Inspect, examine, and test installed systems and pipelines using pressure gauges, hydrostatic testing, and meticulous visual observations to ensure absolute code compliance.

• License:
  Must possess a valid RME‑I (Responsible Managing Employee - Inspector) license (Required).
• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in fire sprinkler fitting, inspection, and/or service.

• Education:
  
  High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Age:
  Must be at least 18 years of age.
