Target Pay: $30.60 / hour

- Work independently performing preventive maintenance (PMs) and repairs
- Utilize leading‑edge technology and programs: voice‑based PM tools, Noregon diagnostics, Uptake predictive analytics, TAAS, etc.
- Work on diverse fleet equipment: automobiles, light & heavy trucks, vans, forklifts
- Diagnose vehicle failures, disassemble, repair, reassemble parts as necessary
- Maintain accurate documentation in vehicle software systems: work orders, vehicle records, part reconciliation, pre‑trip checklists
- Adhere to all safety standards and procedures and support Pepsi’s strong safety culture
- Help maintain one of the largest fleets in North America
- Have own basic hand tools (diagnostic, ergonomic, high‑tech equipment provided)
- Perform physical movements: lifting, pinching, bending, reaching, climbing, manipulating objects (with or without accommodation)
- Be at least 18 years old
- Pass the forklift driving skills test (if applicable)
- Be able to lift up to 50 pounds (with or without accommodation)
- Removing and replacing mounted wheels to torque specs
- Working under limited supervision
- Using shop tools: engine hoists, welding, tire changing, small tools
- Preventive maintenance programs: following oil‑change schedules, documenting work, tracking miles and usage hours, defect repair
- Working with computers: iPad, desktop, handheld, laptop, diagnostic software
- Experience or training with hydraulic and air brake systems
