We are seeking a talented Calibration Specialist. Calibration Solutions is a multi-disciplinary calibration firm that serves the Soil, Concrete & Asphalt testing industry. Founded in 2011, we are an accredited company comprised of manufacturer-trained, high-integrity personnel with a combined 40 years of experience. • Efficiently and professionally perform full service on customer equipment.
• Professional communication with co-workers, manufacturers, and customers regarding assigned jobs.
• Assist customers with troubleshooting and maintenance outside of assigned jobs.
• Assist customers with equipment procurement outside of assigned jobs.
• Undergo supervised and independent training on calibration and quality procedures.
• Provide accurate measurements onsite for client requests.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to travel to jobsites (90% travel)
• Ability to work in various environments
• 2-5 years of experience in a related field preferred
• Ability to work independently and alongside team members
• Occasional weekend work per customer demands
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to utilize available resources to identify and solve unforeseen problems
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software; must have basic knowledge of MS Excel and Outlook
