Facilities Technician

We're looking for a Facilities Technician. If you have experience maintaining equipment, troubleshooting mechanical systems, and working with tools, we'd love to hear from you.

Pay Rate: $27-29 depending on experience

Schedule:

7 am-3:30 pm (30 min lunch)

• Perform preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and CNC machinery.
• Maintain and repair building systems such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
• Use hand tools, power tools, forklifts, hoists, and scissor lifts.
• Read diagrams and manuals to diagnose and fix equipment issues.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Keep maintenance records and communicate repairs with the team.

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3–5 years of experience in facilities, maintenance, or industrial equipment repair.
• Strong mechanical and basic electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, or building maintenance is a plus.
• Comfortable using computers and maintenance software.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly (up to 100 lbs occasionally), climb ladders, and work overtime when needed.
• Team player with a strong safety mindset.
