What you will do:
- Serve as a technical leader: act as the primary in-shop expert and escalation point for complex diagnostics, repairs, and troubleshooting.
- Stay hands-on: perform advanced mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel diagnostics and repairs, with expectations to remain actively engaged in billable work.
- Support and mentor technicians: provide technical guidance, coaching, and informal mentorship to help develop skills and promote repair consistency.
- Promote quality and safety: help prevent rework and comebacks by reinforcing proper diagnostics, repair procedures, documentation, and safety standards.
