Own all aspects of the transactional logistics schedule and office responsibilities for the assigned territory, including supervision of personnel.;
Determine optimal transportation means (in-house or vendor partners) for delivery, return, installation, service, removal, or relocation of units to balance cost and time efficiency.;
Manage on-time delivery performance and customer satisfaction metrics; support office management and team planning.;
Ensure compliance with environmental, health & safety policies and applicable laws; maintain safety logs and documentation.;
Coordinate tasks among drivers, field service technicians, setup crews, transportation coordinators, and branch staff; handle administrative duties and vendor communications.
