Overview
We are seeking a full‑time Dispatcher to coordinate haul drivers and water trucks, ensuring efficient transport of heavy equipment and materials to and from job sites. This role supports daily operations through scheduling, compliance, and clear communication with field teams and drivers.
Key Responsibilities- Dispatch and coordinate haul drivers and water trucks
- Schedule daily operations with Superintendents and field teams
- Ensure compliance with DOT regulations, weight limits, and permit requirements
- Monitor driver activity, logs, and GPS tracking through Samsara
- Track equipment locations and jobsite needs
- Communicate with vendors, drivers, and field teams to ensure timely deliveries and operations
- 2+ years of dispatch experience in construction or trucking
- Knowledge of heavy equipment, hauling, and water truck operations
- Familiarity with DOT regulations, permits, weights, and compliance
- Experience with Samsara, driver logs, or similar systems preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
