Iron Mountain is seeking an experienced Warehouse Coordinator to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for enabling an efficient, compliant, and well-supported day‑to‑day warehouse operation. You will achieve this by providing support to the Operations Supervisor and drivers through daily route planning, staffing, and training.

• Lead the daily operational planning, including executing efficient route preparation, planning and monitoring to achieve high levels of service performance.
• Collaborate with customer service, and management by providing essential phone support, resolving routine customer delivery issues, and covering vacant routes or absences as needed.
• Ensure operational excellence and compliance by monitoring work flow, procedures, and executing daily metric reporting.

• 1-2 years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of operational procedures, acting as an expert-level resource to provide daily support and instruction to the team.
• Proven ability in problem‑solving routine issues related to routing, driver staffing, and common customer service challenges.
• High school diploma or equivalent education.
