U-Box Customer Care Representative; CDL

U-Haul Company is looking for a U-Box Customer Care Representative (CCR; local delivery driver) to provide friendly and courteous service and manage U-Box containers.

• Operate a flatbed truck (training provided).
• Operate an 8000‑lb propane forklift or a truck‑mounted forklift (training provided).
• Load and unload storage containers for delivery.
• Transport storage containers to and from specified destinations – local routes only.
• Participate in ongoing continuous U-Haul education through U-Haul University.

• Clean motor vehicle driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Department of Transportation certification.
• Commercial driver’s license (CDL).

The work involves moderate risks or discomforts that require special safety precautions, e.g., working around moving parts, machines, fumes or chemicals. Protective clothing or gear such as masks, goggles, gloves or shields may be required.

Some physical exertion is required: long periods both indoors and outdoors while remaining stationary, traversing spaces, repositioning to reach and use tools, and moving a minimum of 50 lbs, either assisted or unassisted.
